If you didn’t purchase Video Retargeter Pro, you can still do mostly everything it does with the basic version.
The upsell makes it faster, but everything is still do-able with basic. Here’s how you can do each piece of Pro, broken down:
Logo addition:
If you’d like to add logos to your videos, you can create a bunch of pictures that have your logo in the corner, like this:
Upload the pictures to Video Retargeter and your logo will show up.
Uploading your own templates:
Just like with the logos, you can create your own template and put your pictures on top of it.
You can make 16:9 pictures that are at least 854×480 pixels, just like this:
Upload each picture in the first step of using Video Retargeter.
When you get to the template section, simply drag out the image so that your pictures take up the full width of the template. No other background will show up, and presto – you’ll have your own template.
Adding custom text:
Just like with the other options, you can add pictures that include your custom text. They might look something like this:
Royalty free music:
If you’d like royalty free music, you can create your own voiceover with royalty free music playing in the background.
When you get to the voiceover section, instead of using an existing voiceover, upload your own by scrolling down to:
The only thing that you can’t replicate with the basic is the additional templates you get with Pro. But everything else is doable if you can spend just a little more time on each picture.
If you want to save time, you can purchase Pro right here. And if you don’t, you’re still totally fine. 🙂
